MORFit Boot Camps have been specifically designed to have you enjoy working hard, and within your abilities. We have participants of all ages and fitness levels. No one leaves without feeling the satisfaction of a workout well done.

Bootcamp runs in 4-week blocks, but you can drop-in anytime!
If a specific exercise is not working for you, please let the instructor know and they will provide a modification or alternative to maximize your experience. The goal is to challenge you within your comfort level. We’ll push for that extra rep, but give you space when we see a break is needed. Remember; it’s your body, you’re in charge.
