Kickboxing

Kickboxing  classes integrate full body strength conditioning , cardio and  kickboxing techniques to promote self-confidence and help individuals attain personal fitness goals. No previous experience necessary. All fitness levels are welcome.

Saturdays
1:00-2:00pm
