Class Descriptions / Times
MORFIT Bootcamps have been specifically designed to have you work hard and within your abilities. We have participants of all ages and fitness levels. No one leaves without feeling the satisfaction of a workout well done. Bootcamp includes all components of physical fitness; cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, mobility, stability and flexibility. The goal is to challenge you within your comfort level. We’ll push for that extra rep, but give you space when we see a break is needed. Remember; it’s your body, you’re in charge!
CRAVE is MORFIT’s newest cardio-dance class! From swing dance to hip-hop, funk to vogue, get your heart pumping to a variety of music styles. Move, sweat, laugh, and break away from the conventional fitness routine! No previous dance experience required, but Nikki will have you feeling like you’re on “Dancing with the Stars” in no time!!
Mon & Wed 7:00-8:00pm
Saddle up and ride! This class is all about spinning your heart out while the music blows through your hair. Indoor cycling is a very popular class for developing your cardiovascular endurance, burning calories, and increasing your leg strength/endurance. Whether you’re new to cycling or a veteran rider, Spin is appropriate for everyone (the bikes don’t move!). Your butt may be sore the first few times, but the rest of your body will absolutely love you!
Recharge your mind and body with MORFIT yoga. This practice is increasing in popularity everywhere due to it’s effectiveness at creating calm, balance and clarity. Rest and recovery is just as important for our health as challenging our bodies with physical exertion. Join our yoga class and enjoy the benefits of balance throughout the body.
Best of both worlds…. 30 minutes of indoor cycling, followed by 30 minutes of yoga. Rev your metabolism and boost your cardiovascular performance on the bike before lengthening and releasing all the tension in your body with some relaxing yoga.
High Intensity Interval Training. Only 30 minutes. Trust us; that’s a good thing. This class is not for the faint of heart. If you like to push your body to it’s limits with calisthenics and interval based exercise; this is your class. If you do not regularly explore high intensity exercise, we recommend that you try one of our other classes. HIIT places a high demand on the body, it’s important that you are pre-conditioned to safely manage the expectations of this class.
Older & Stronger
This class addresses the specific needs of our baby boomer and older population. We address all components of physical fitness at an appropriate intensity; cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, mobility, balance, coordination and bone health. We provide suitable alternatives and intensity modifications to accommodate experienced exercisers and new exercisers alike.
Mon & Wed 10:00-11:00am
