The most effective program is one that is progressive and consistent. For that reason, we encourage clients to commit to either a 3-month or 6-month package. Gym memberships are included in the monthly packages. By the session options are available as well.

We understand that circumstances may arise, which require sessions to be rescheduled. Twenty-four hours are required for cancellation to allow your trainer to adjust their schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
