Functional Training runs in 4-week blocks and is run by a private instructor.
What: Circuit based total body strength and conditioning, focused on dynamic stability and functional movement.
This class will focus on strength conditioning, using movements that incorporate multiple muscle groups. Dynamic stability, postural work, balance and stability will also be emphasized. This is a great opportunity to improve your body’s ability to help you reach whatever goals (athletic or otherwise) you’ve set for yourself.
Who: Designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels, Kat makes this group work-out personalized to everyone’s needs. We are all athletes, and this class is a perfect way to take you to the next level.
